What does it mean to be masterful with oneself? To move with integrity, clarity, from the heart and with self-awareness. Making choices that strengthen our self-trust so that we can be at peace with ourselves regardless of what is happening around us. Staying true to ourselves so as to become the person we are most proud to be.

Chaos happens on many scales. Perhaps you live in a chaotic household or perhaps you grew up in a chaotic household and now continuously find yourself in chaotic relationships because they are familiar to you. Or perhaps you have a chaotic mind that you don’t know how to still. Or you’re feeling the wider chaos in our increasingly connected larger global reality.

In times of chaos and drastic change, it is that much more important to anchor into inner security and stability, without feeling like you have to disconnect, disassociate, distract, or numb.

Developing an internal compass means understanding what principles guide us and perhaps what principles we would prefer to guide us. It means dissecting what rules, regulations and value systems currently parameter our lives, which we want to keep and which we’d rather drop, and uncovering our true value system and learning how to apply it to our choices and actions.

Most of us were not taught how to think for ourselves and examine life on our own terms. Family culture, school, religious institutions, health systems and the list goes on for the most part teach us to follow directions and uncritically receive information. We are not emboldened to decipher truth and feel like authorities in our own understanding of reality. But why do others have some ultimate knowledge that we lack? Especially when it comes to ourselves? And on the flip side, why do we think we know better than others about this thing called life?

Self-Mastery is about understanding where you have information and where you don’t. It’s about peeling back the layers of self…beyond identity, beyond your opinions and into the patterns. Our responses when we are feeling threatened. What do we do to maintain a sense of control, of safety. We all have our strategies, but most of us haven’t really uncovered them and positioned them accordingly. In this course we will do just that.

There is much freedom in self knowledge and freeing up our understanding of self and of life. Being looser, being lighter to the touch. When we hold so tight to who we think we are, we strain our energetic capacity, we reduce our potentiality, we confine ourselves.

But you could feel so much more free…all you have to do is locate yourself in the noise.

I am doing a beta launch of this 4-6 week course in the coming weeks. If you are interested in learning more or would like to join my mailing list please submit your name and email.
